@supermrmuffinman1000 easy , download a program called Spark iv 6.6
after that
open spark iv 6.6 press Open and go to C:/program files/rockstar games/grand theft auto/ pc /models and press on vehicles and press open
then u need car mods
so download the car mod u want and look what car is it - for example infernus.wtd
import to the modded infernus.wtd
and same with infernus.wft
after u do all this press rebuild and then save
and u good to go :D
